Gifted and Talented students are provided opportunities to engage in curriculum that is appropriate to their needs. As educators, we must find ways to promote critical thinking and meaningful interaction with content. The Depth and Complexity Framework developed by Bette Gould and Dr. Sandra Kaplan provides 11 thinking tools that can help make this type of engagement a possibility for all learners. When combined with the Content Imperatives, this framework can take your students to new heights. Come explore ways to transform lessons for all of your scholars and promote a student focused environment that will benefit everyone.
