This session explores how to transform standard curriculum into high-engagement learning by using student interest and student experiences, as the primary mode for differentiation. Participants will master practical strategies for modifying content and process through Kaplan’s Depth and Complexity icons. You will leave with new ideas and additional knowledge on the value of learning through doing!
NOTE: This session can count as a G/T Day 4, Day 5 or 6-Hour Update if not previously taken.
This session will be a Zoom session from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM. There will be a product component that will be submitted to complete your 6 hour credit.
This Training can take the place of G/T Day 3, 4 or 5 or a G/T 6 hour update if not previously taken.
The documents and submissions will be through Google Classroom on the day of the session. It is highly recommended to have your personal Google Account ready in the event that you are not able to join with your District E-mail.
