Portfolio Workshop for TIA Administrators

The ESC-20 TIA Team provides comprehensive support to districts at every stage of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) implementation process, from developing local designation systems to determining teacher designations and managing data submissions. Our services include guidance for application preparation and submission, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and the development of student growth measures such as portfolios, SLOs, and pre-test/post-test models. We offer T-TESS training and appraiser calibration, assist with spending plans, and provide communication resources to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
