Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)
TIA Calibration Refresher: Strengthening Correlation & Protocols

The ESC-20 TIA Team provides comprehensive support to districts at every stage of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) implementation process, from developing local designation systems to determining teacher designations and managing data submissions. Our services include guidance for application preparation and submission, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and the development of student growth measures such as portfolios, SLOs, and pre-test/post-test models. We offer T-TESS training and appraiser calibration, assist with spending plans, and provide communication resources to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders. ESC-20 is dedicated to supporting districts throughout their TIA journey, partnering to build sustainable systems that promote both teacher and student growth.

Leadership Effectiveness

Important Session Information:

This training comes after the original TTESS Calibration Training - This session is designed to sharpen the lens through which we evaluate high-quality instruction and ensure systemic alignment across campuses and the district. Participants will strengthen calibration practices for campus leadership, fostering a shared understanding of instructional excellence to ensure every teacher receives consistent, fair, and growth-oriented feedback. We will work with leaders on campus support, focusing on the critical TIA (Teacher Incentive Allotment) correlation between observation data and student growth outcomes. To move from theory to action, we will share multiple protocols designed to streamline team walkthroughs. Attendees will then practice these protocols using sample lessons, providing a low-stakes environment to refine coaching habits and ensure inter-rater reliability before returning to their respective campuses.

**If you have not been calibration trained, please see our offering for the Initial TTESS Calibration Training.**
