The College and Career Readiness program supports a campus leadership team in creating or enriching the College and Career Readiness culture of a campus.  College and Career Readiness cooperative members become a part of the CCR collaborative community that cooperates to prepare world-ready students.  The College and Career Readiness program provides a framework for reflection, professional growth opportunities, and technical assistance to prioritize and strengthen the college and career readiness culture on a campus.

Whether you are a veteran Math CPC teacher or just wrapping up your first semester, we all need the same thing: time to breathe, connect, and plan.

Welcome to your Semester 2 launchpad. This session is a dedicated, protected space designed solely for you to leave the campus distractions behind, sync up with colleagues across ESC 20, and dedicate real time to mapping out your upcoming curriculum. No new initiatives, no information overload—just a quiet, collaborative environment to align your calendars, share what’s working, and knock out your Semester 2 prep alongside peers who truly get it. Join us to take the pressure off your future self and head into the new semester entirely ahead of the game.
