Effective math coaching isn't just about sharing resources—it’s about shifting classroom culture, deepening pedagogical content knowledge, and building sustainable teaching practices.
This year-long, collaborative session series is designed specifically for mathematics coaches and instructional leaders looking to refine their craft and maximize their impact. Meeting regularly throughout the school year, this cohort will serve as a dynamic professional learning community (PLC) where we analyze current research, share field-tested strategies, and tackle the real-world challenges of instructional leadership. Together, we will move from theory to practice, ensuring every teacher we support is equipped to foster deep mathematical thinking in their students.
Part 2: I Have Data! Now What?
In this session we will take a look at CFUs, end-of-unit assessments, CBAs, and other campus-based data to make instructional decisions. Explore different ways to disaggregate data to make the biggest improvements to learning and instruction.
