Important Session Information:

Target Audience: School Counselors PK - 12

School Counseling Cooperative Members: $45

School counselors help students with a lot! From big emotions to anxiety to behavior, friendship struggles, and tough days at school, counselors are often asked to handle it all.  Having the right tools can make it easier to know what to say, what to do, and what to try next.

Tools and Skills for the Modern School Counselor is a practical session built just for school counselors. We’ll look at what may be behind challenging behavior, explore simple tools to help students manage big emotions, and practice using these skills in real school counseling situations.

The session will focus on practical strategies that can be used in the everyday work of a school counselor.
