Virtual: PEEC PLC for Teachers

Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) provides assistance to districts in the successful development and implementation of a school readiness integration model of coordinated funding that brings school districts, Head Start programs and child care providers together in a mixed delivery model.  ESC-20 also provides leadership to ensure the effective regional implementation of appropriate instructional strategies in early childhood settings through technical assistance and professional development in the areas of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum and supports parents with Pre-Kindergarten information and eligibility criteria.

Teacher Quality

Important Session Information:

Join fellow Pre-K educators for a collaborative, job-embedded Professional Learning Community (PLC) dedicated to elevating early childhood practice. Grounded in the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP), this series utilizes the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) cycle (Plan-Do-Study-Act) to help teachers analyze student outcomes, reflect on instructional practices, and implement high-leverage strategies. Designed with adult learning principles at its core, each session offers interactive collaboration, practical resource sharing, and actionable reflection to support both teacher growth and young learners' success.
