This four-part webinar series is designed to strengthen campus and district administrators’ understanding of critical legal requirements in special education. Presented by special education attorney Cynthia Buechler, each two-hour session will examine a high-priority legal topic identified through administrator feedback. Participants will receive practical legal guidance, relevant updates, real-world examples, and strategies to support legally compliant decision-making within their schools and districts.
The first webinar will focus on developing and implementing legally defensible individualized education programs (IEPs). Topics for the remaining three webinars will be announced as they are finalized.
The registration fee is $180 per participant and includes all four sessions. However, if you joined the 2026-2027 ESC20-Special education Cooperative, the series is free.
