- PRF7D012: School Disciplinary Action Detail Report by Reason
- PRF7D013: School Disciplinary Detail Report by Action
- PRF7D014: Student Disciplinary Action Summary
- PRF7D029: Student Disciplinary Action with Campus of Disciplinary Responsibility
- PRF0A001: Data Element Summary Report
- PRF5D003: Student Roster (may be helpful for identifying students with two or more races)
We will have a one-hour power point, then a 2-hour work time after that for those who want to stay and work to get this done.
Access to TEASE (iSAM) will be helpful to complete the workbooks.
