Food Production Records for Child Care



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs
 


Important Session Information:


Participants will learn how to accurately complete required Food Production Records in order to support successful management, facilitate communication and document compliance with the CACFP child care meal pattern requirements. 

By the end of this class, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize a food production record (FPR) and identify the appropriate forms to use.

  • Understand how the FPR tool is a helpful management and communication tool.

  • Recognize all data required to be in a FPR.

  • Exhibit the ability to complete a FPR.
