Have FUN while learning about new technology; that is the goal of CJT's hands-on workshop!
Participants will have an opportunity to use and learn more about CJT products in detail. Throughout the workshop we will discuss and demonstrate alternative mounting and access strategies using a variety of equipment. CJT has created a line of mounting and mobility equipment that supports technology products, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, notebook computers, LCD screens and various types of switches and environmental controls.
The mounting system can be attached to round, square and oblong tubing, and to wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, and more. The equipment from CJT gives you the flexibility you need to find the optimum position and the durability to withstand the demands of daily living.
Site visits for April 26th will be available to those with specific issues.
You are encouraged to bring a laptop or other device to access notes.
