This dynamic 3-day series is a complete cycle of research-based training, exercises and activities to provide teachers with the tools to help refine their skills, develop self-efficacy and become more effective and engaging lifelong educators. This comprehensive training program encourages teachers to construct meaning from what they are learning and to engage in reflective dialogue about the methods they are translating into daily classroom practice. Topics in Day 1: Instructional Planning, Classroom Management, Media and Technology, Profession & Politics of Teaching. Day 2: Effective Teaching Strategies; Learning, Memory and the Brain; Student Motivation. Day 3: Diverse Learners, Student Assessment, Special Learners. The result of this high-quality training is the intensive follow-up, mentoring, and support that your teachers need to ensure the success of the diverse learners in today’s world of education.
