Participants will learn about the importance of developing special education operating guidelines to facilitate the effective management of a district special education program.  Participants will also receive tips on how to utilize the operating guidelines templates within the Legal Framework for the Child-Centered Special Education Process website to create state compliant and defensible special education program procedures.
