TxEIS Business Finance End-of-Year Closing HANDS ON Workshop, September 1, 2017



IT Consulting Services provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings. 

Important Session Information:


Audience: TxEIS business users

We will walk through the Fiscal End-of-Year process and update your system with the necessary data to start a new Fiscal year. We will go through the process step-by-step, while you are accessing your live data.

For those districts that are NOT hosted with ESC-20, please be sure that you can access your TxEIS system from outside of your district. The workshop is scheduled for all day, although we should be done by lunch time. Please be sure to do your full backups of your Finance and HR exports prior to coming in, if at all possible.

We will be meeting at Education Service Center-Region 20, Building 3, 1st floor, IT Classroom 107.
