Meditation and Yoga: Who Am I? - Friday, Sept. 29, 12:00 to 1:00

Join us for an hour of mind body
spirit alignment where you will get a full body workout and relaxation at the
same time. This session is for all levels, from newbies to advanced yogis. This
session is open to both male and female employees of all ages. Modifications
for each posture will be available so everyone will feel comfortable.
Please bring a yoga mat, a large
towel and bottle of water. Dress comfortably.
