The Texas Continuous Improvement Framework is designed to establish the foundational systems, actions, and processes to support the continuous improvement of Texas school districts and campuses. The framework offers a common language for approaching and aligning the work of continuous improvement for all campus and district accountability systems and measures.

The Systemic Root Cause Analysis process is intended to bring clarity to the needs of the LEA/campus in order to effectively plan actions and make evidence- based decisions. Join us as we review Systemic Root Cause Analysis and assist your campus with each step of a needs assessment includes critical actions to be taken during that step.

*This session is required for DCSIs and Principals of campuses identified as Improvement Required (Year 1) per the state accountability rating system.
