Cohort of Leadership Associates (CoLA)
CoLA 22: Using Student Culture Routines
The ESC-20 provides an alternative route to principal certification approved by the State Board of Educator Certification.
Important Session Information:
A positive campus culture supports a learning environment where student intellect and character are fostered. The key to building a strong culture is consistency through routines. Culture routines build a sense of community and trust when all stakeholders are committed. In this session, we will identify the key components of a strong student culture routine and design a culture routine vision that meets the success criteria for a strong campus routine.
