Human Capital Services functions as a strategic partner supporting human resources teams with the tools necessary for recruiting and developing district talent, thus allowing them to retain highly effective leaders, teachers, and auxiliary staff across their LEA.

This training will be beneficial for new employees, and those wanting a refresher.
