In order to effectively identify struggling learners, educators must pre-assess students to know the areas of need. TRS districts have built in pre-assessment focuses within our curriculum documents. Teacher may tap into these sections of the Instructional Focus Document and Vertical Alignment Document to efficiently plan for pre-assessments, and offer intervention in a timely and aligned manner.
In this session participants will learn how to utilize their IFD and VAD to plan targeted instruction to meet the individual needs of the struggling learners. Come and learn some strategies to get the most out of your curriculum and planning for intervention!
