This collaborative conversation with new (and next to new) administrators is a fast paced overview and dialog of the duties of a CTE Administrator.
Participants will receive a binder full of resources for the CTE Administrator. Time is planned for networking and question and answer session. We will review topics such as state and federal laws and guidelines, the SAAH (Student Attendance Accounting Handbook), funding basics for CTE on the state and federal level, CTE Administrator's calendar for the year, CTE staff and teaching credentials, career clusters, the foundation high school plan and endorsements, student industry certifications, business advisory councils and partnerships, non-traditional student participation in CTE courses, and much more.
