Goal setting is the
foundation for success. Employees can learn how to write and set effective CPR
SMART Goals that can be achieved throughout the year. Exploring how to
create a professional development plan that best reflects personal career aspirations
as well as contributing to the strategic mission and vision of the Center will
be discussed.
