One
of the values of a mentoring program for new employees is to increase employee
retention and transition new staff into the Center’s culture. All Mentors,
Mentees (new employees hired May 2018 through April 2019), and their
Supervisors are invited to come together to reflect upon and celebrate new
beginnings at the annual Mentor/Mentee Celebration. We are grateful for the
relationships that have been established and the work that has been
accomplished this past year. We hope you will join us!
