Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety for SNP



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
 


Important Session Information:


An overview on the HACCP food safety system. The underlying goal of a HACCP system is to prevent food safety problems from occurring. A current HACCP policy is required to be implemented by every entity participating in School Nutrition Programs.
