ESC-20 provides professional development and technical assistance to support educators with implementation of the Social Studies TEKS, analyze data to enhance instructional practices to meet the needs of students, and provides targeted support to reach campus and district goals.

Important Session Information:


Some TEKS never go away! Long-term low and repeatedly tested TEKS taunt 8th grade! Participants will be taught a process for effective use of their data to create standards based lessons, activities, and find valid resources to assist with targeting the tough TEKS in Grade 8 United States History.  Participants will walk away with a Google folder of materials and strategies to use to enhance rigor and engage students in American History content. Join us as we take 8th grade Social Studies on!
