ESC-20 provides training and technical support related to inclusive services for students with disabilities to gain access to the general curriculum. These supports provide strategies so students with disabilities are actively involved and progress within the general curriculum and on state assessments.

Important Session Information:


This session will focus on specializing and individualizing instructional supports and services for students who receive special education services and who experience reading difficulties. Participants will examine and practice utilizing guidance and best practices in developing data driven Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFP) statements, writing literacy standards based Individual Education Program (IEP) Goals and individualizing interventions to support student in making progress on the outlined areas of need.
