Crucial Conversations Training is a two-day course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your school district or campus. If you're currently not getting the results you're looking for, it's likely that a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck. Participants will learn to speak persuasively, foster teamwork, become better decision makers, and strengthen trust. These key skills, along with many more, will help you master crucial conversations and reach lasting results.
**NOTE** It is mandatory that participants attend the full two days in order to receive credit for the course. The session will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. each day and will end at 4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and two shorter breaks.
