Day 1: Collaborative Leadership: Six Influences That Matter Most for All Educators
Dr. Dewitt’s focus on the six influences that make the biggest impact for improvements in the classroom will include how educators can use learning to foster growth amongst their colleagues and families at the campus, and put the focus squarely upon learning for students. Day 2: Collective Efficacy: The Number One Effect-Size Influence on Student Achievement
Dr. DeWitt will explore the topic of collective efficacy in more depth and examine strategies proven to help build a campus culture of collective efficacy. The relationship between self-efficacy and collective efficacy will be explore, and participants will improve their ability to leverage self-efficacy (leader and teacher) and collective teacher efficacy to impact campus success.
