Tired of living in a world where you’re always having to open and close out Excel spreadsheets that are being accessed by other users? Move to Google Sheets and you’ll be able to work collaboratively! During this session you’ll be introduced to Google Sheets and Google Forms. Forms allow users to conduct surveys, quickly collect information, administer quizzes and much more. As users complete a Google Form, data submits to a spreadsheet. In addition, data visualizations, charts and graphs are automatically created. At the end of this workshop, participants will have created a basic Google Form, learned about custom settings and how Google Sheet filters can be used to manipulate data. If you have a form you would like to use as a basis for the class project, please bring a paper copy with you.
