Participants will be introduced to the basics of reading comprehension with an emphasis on how to support students with reading difficulties and disabilities. Participants will leave this session with an understanding of the components of comprehension and practical application strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. Participants do not require any prerequisite content knowledge to benefit from this training.
This session will be held in the Maverick Room at ESC-20.
