Join us for a day of hands on practice with kitchen tools and gadgets! This session will include thermometer calibration, knife skills, weights and measures, food sampling, and- most importantly- fun! As you learn the ins and outs of the kitchen, you will be preparing ingredients for an in class salad snack along the way!
