This session is to introduce you to the more complex functions of the Connect20 (escWorks) system. We will provide instruction on the following:
- The difference between discount(s) and exclusivity functions.
- member groups/commitments
- exclusive to district, campus or individual
- promotional codes
- early registration
- Switching rooms vs. canceling rooms; when not to incur charges
- Canceling a session vs. rescheduling the session for a later date
- e-mailing enrollees, registration and accounts receivable team
- how this affects refunds and prevents bills from being generated
- Reports system
- printing sign-in sheets
- printing certificates
- generating a report to determine what is pending approval
