Federal regulations, 2 CFR §200.430(i), require payroll costs charged to a federal award be supported by a system of internal control which provides reasonable assurance that the charges are accurate, allowable, and allocable.

Recommended Credit Hours: CPAs and TASBO-certified participants, who attend in person, may earn approximately 5 credit hours. These participants must sign in and out on a specialized sign-in sheet and will receive a specialized certificate of attendance via email from ESC-20. The specialized certificate aligns with the requirements of TSBPA and TASBO and awards credit hours based on 50-minute contact hours for content time only. CPAs and TASBO-certified participants should use the specialized certificate of attendance (rather than the Connect20 certificate) to report earned credit hours to TSBPA or TASBO.
