In this session, participants will become more aware of the needs of gifted learners and English learners. Specifically, we will explore how to better identify giftedness in culturally and linguistically diverse students, and use strategies that support differentiated instruction in mixed-ability classrooms.
This session will be a Zoom session from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. There will be a product component that will be submitted to complete your 6 hour credit. You will be receiving a Zoom Pre-Registration Link. Please fill out with your District E-mail.
The documents and submissions will be through Google Classroom on the day of the session. It is highly recommended to have your personal Google Account ready in the event that you are not able to join with your District E-mail.
This session will satisfy G/T Day 4 or 5. It could also be used as a G/T 6 hour update.
