Important Session Information:


This full day workshop will cover topics related to various post-secondary options available to students with disabilities, including 504 and students who receive special education services. Topics will include Foundation Graduation plan, how college is different from high school, college and career readiness, summary of performance (SOP), Individual Education Program (IEP), inter-agency collaboration and post-secondary transition goals.
