Due to COVID-19 this full day session has been converted to a half day zoom session. Zoom ID will be emailed to participants the day before the session.
This session is open to all Districts and Charter schools and will include information on the transition program for students who continue into a fifth or sixth year or beyond as a graduate or continuer, commonly known as 18 plus students. In this session, we will address the following questions:
- What does a student's education program look like who has returned for educational services beyond their four years of high school?
- What is needed to support their post secondary goals?
- Is there funding for the 18 plus students?
- What is the difference between a continuer and a graduate?
