Important Session Information:

Due to COVID-19 this full day session has been converted to a half day zoom session.  Zoom ID will be emailed to participants the day before the session.

Do you have students who have trouble: organizing work, completing tasks, managing materials, managing time, paying attention or have social difficulties? These are all cognitive skills that are referred to as Executive Functioning Skills. Executive Functioning Skills greatly impact student achievement and are often an associated feature of developmental or learning disabilities, or caused by a mismatch between a student's neuro-developmental stage and the demands of their environment. This session will focus on ways in which teachers can use appropriate strategies to support children’s developing executive skills, while helping improve academic performance as well.
