ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs

Refresh your kitchen math skills, take a scavenger hunt of the Food Buying Guide, and stay current with CACFP documentation regulations!  Incorrect quantities of food prepared and documented is one of the top administrative review findings, so take advantage of this interactive class.  This class is for child care AND adult care centers.
