Important Session Information:

Does your son or daughter have trouble organizing work, completing tasks, managing materials, managing time, paying attention or have social difficulties? These are all cognitive skills that are referred to as Executive Functioning Skills. Executive Functioning Skills greatly impact children’s achievement and are often an associated feature of developmental or learning disabilities, or caused by a mismatch between a child’s neuro-developmental stage and the demands of their environment. This training will focus on ways in which parents and teachers can use appropriate strategies to support children’s developing executive skills, while helping improve academic performance.
