Matt Pope, a former award-winning principal, will share how raising achievement requires a coherent, strategic focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning in all classrooms by transforming the school’s culture and improving Tier 1 instruction. Bring your leadership team to this full-day workshop to learn how to transform your school by changing adult behaviors to impact student outcomes and to build a plan for strengthening Tier 1 instruction. Participants will analyze their current school culture and learn some tools to build culture. Teams will also build an Instructional Playbook and learn a new cycle to monitor instruction.
