Important Session Information:

Looking for some motivation? Register for "Understanding Reinforcement: Behavior Goes Where Reinforcement Flows"!

When discussing the importance of reinforcement sometimes we comment that reinforcement doesn’t work because there is nothing that the child finds to be reinforcing.   Often this is not accurate; there are lots of potential reinforcers but children may be receiving them for free!

This one day workshop will cover the basics of the role of reinforcement in the development of skills and decreasing interfering behaviors. We will focus on the importance of contingency and how to apply it in the natural environment. Finally, we will also cover the development of reinforcers that can be implemented.
