Manifestation Determination Review (MDR)



ESC-20 provides resources, training and technical assistance for evaluators. Quarterly contact group meetings for LSSP’s and Educational Diagnosticians are also provided.
 


Important Session Information:


Manifestation determination review (MDR) is the process required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which is conducted when considering the exclusion of a student with a disability that constitutes a change of placement. This session will explore the required elements and data considerations to be made along the way.
