Important Session Information:
We will examine the differences between traditional consequences, zero tolerance policies versus restorative practices. Examining the research and the results of using restorative practices will provide a deeper understanding the significant impact restorative practices can have on schools. We will focus on essential components of restorative practices that will extend dialogue using effective language to build a strong sense of community that will positively impact campus and classroom culture using chats, circles, and conferences.
