Important Session Information:


This session will provide participants activities that promote sensation awareness and how to safely discharge activation, learn the benefits of using movement in trauma intervention, and how to differentiate between feelings and sensations.  This session will also include how to create a trauma informed school by increasing awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
