Charting the Course-12th grade Parent session (Uvalde CISD)



ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.

Important Session Information:


The target audience for this session is 12th grade students with a disability and their parents.  

Charting the Course is a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and ESC-20 collaborative activity.  The aim is to engage students with disabilities and their families in education and planning events to support the student’s successful transition to post-secondary education and/or employment after high school. 

This session will be held at Uvalde CISD at the Benson Education Complex but is open to any 12th grade student with a disability and their families.
