Administrators and teachers face the challenge of implementing equitable and effective discipline procedures. In this training, we will examine disproportionality and race/gender disparities when it comes to discipline. Participants will learn strategies to increase awareness of these issues by exploring attitudes toward discipline, prevention of behavioral problems, and a menu of alternatives classroom removals which include restorative discipline practices
