This 3-part series provides foundational tips, tools and techniques for those new to facilitating professional development (or for those who want to reinvigorate techniques). Participants will examine the unique needs of adult learners, experience and apply professional development techniques that yield results, and examine how to maximize the change process to support long- term learning and transfer for adults. Each participant will receive The Adult Learner, by Robin Fogarty and Brian Pete and Caffeinated Learning, by Anne M. Beninghof.
