Session 4: Providing FAPE during the COVID-19 Pandemic and Dealing with the Aftermath when Students Return (This is being offered via Zoom Webinar only)

Cynthia Buechler, from the law firm Buechler & Associates, guides Campus Administrators through considerations in providing FAPE to students in special education during the COVID 19 Pandemic.  The extraordinary challenges that face school administrators as they work to keep instruction happening in a period of social distancing and stay at home emergency health orders is unprecedented. Mrs. Buechler will explain some of the most pressing issues, utilizing her experience and expertise from a legal perspective, while making instructional decisions for students receiving special education services..
