An Introduction to C-SEP: Data Collection & Pattern Seeking Techniques for SLD Identification

ESC-20 provides resources, training and technical assistance for evaluators. Quarterly contact group meetings for LSSP’s and Educational Diagnosticians are also provided.

Important Session Information:

This full-day presentation will introduce evaluators to the Core-Selective Evaluation Process (C-SEP).  An overview of C-SEP will be presented to include the key components: 3 P’s and the C-SEP framework.  The collection, organization, and analysis of multiple sources of data will be discussed and demonstrated.  Strategies for pattern seeking techniques and score interpretation will be reviewed.  To ensure understanding and implementation, hands-on activities will be implemented as the presenter highlights a C-SEP case study.  Evaluators will leave the training with a C-SEP manual and many resources that can be used in the implementation of C-SEP.

This session is offered at a reduced fee thanks to Riverside Publishing's sponsorship of the speaker, Dr. Tammy Stephens.
