This training will include a morning session reviewing each of the Results Driven Accountability (RDA) indicators for Bilingual/ESL; Career and Technical Education; ESSA and Special Education Programs as well an overview of the 8 step process for evaluating data, performing a root cause analysis and developing goals and activities for the Strategic Support Plan/ Targeted Improvement Plan. The room will be available for you in the afternoon to plan with your team and ask follow up questions on the process of developing your Strategic Support Plan/ Targeted Improvement Plan.
